Territory
Maso Martis is situated in Martignano at the foothill of Mount Calisio (also called Argentario) above Trento, 450 m above sea level: a mountain terrain that was cultivated as early as the end of the 800, and is well
exposed and caressed by the mountain breeze.
Our vineyards were born and still today grow in a silty, calcareous and rich in texture soil, on Trentino red rock.
These characteristics give our sparkling wines their unique mineral note.
We have always been promoting with pleasure products and activities not only in the area of Trentino but also elsewhere.
Our winery has adhered to the Trentodoc Institute and to the Strada del Vino e dei Sapori del Trentino eversince they started, and welcomes dozens of enthusiasts and wine lovers who come directly to the company to taste and to buy some wine every year.
We participate in the initiatives of the delegation of the Le donne del vino of Trentino Alto Adige, the Ecomuseum of Argentario, of the Slowfood Valsugana and Lagorai and other voluntary associations.
At Maso Martis Friendship is an important factor and we have been lucky in all these years to cultivate relationships that have made us grow both from human point of view and professionally.
