Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Millesimato

From the vinification of Chardonnay grapes we get this classic method fresh, decided and versatile.

Flavour Delicate and well balanced, fresh and elegant
Colour light straw
Bouquet Crisp fruit and white flowers, slight hint of yeast
Perlage pin-point, long-lingering bubbles
Suggestions for serving Appetizers made with fish or vegetables; first courses and risotto; fish to taste or white meat.
The best serving temperature is 10-12 °C
Bottle size
Vinification The grapes are harvested by hand, followed immediately by a soft pressing of the whole Chardonnay. Following the first fermentation, the yeasts are separated and the cuvée is prepared. Stored in steel tanks, it is bottled the following spring with the addition of selected yeasts. After remaining on the yeasts for a minimum of 24 months, the remuage is carried out and then the disgorgement, without the addition of sugar in the expedition liqueur, with subsequent packaging.
