Everyone considers her the Boss. Her smile and determination, make her face and win any challenge. She loves travelling and meeting personally all our loyal customers. If we are not careful, she can sell us too.

Students and apprentice
She has a passion for cooking and nature, and is attending the Indian medical school (Ayurveda) in Milan. Who knows what surprising secrets she will reveal to you in the future.

He joined our team in 1994, and is now part of the family. If our products drive you crazy, it is mainly thanks to him that has made the cellar his second home.

He is reserved, smiling and able to face any hard work. He joined our team five years ago. The farm is his natural habitat.
